Due to circumstances both in and out of my control-- namely, a hurricane, a work deadline, a lucrative freelance gig I cannot decline, a staggering case of performance anxiety, and the heartfelt pleas of a couple of other participants who are equally frantic about our impending D-day-- I am going to extend the extensions one more day, and push back the opening of the Ardor in August one more day until SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4.

Hopefully, this is just enough time for everyone to catch their breath (myself included), while still leaving at least one weekend day for people to hunker down with a wealth of new stories.

I humbly beg your indulgence in this-- it's every bit as much for my own selfish desperation as it is for your fellow writers.
